Let me make this simple. When you plunge a knife into somebody's chest its reasonable to believe they'll die. Forget race. It has NOTHING to do with this. You murdered somebody and your going to be held accountable for it. They go to the race card because they cant defend any other way

I heard he wasn’t even competing that day, and that he had been suspended from school the week prior for bringing a knife to school. What possessed him to sit under another team’s shade, when he wasn’t even there to compete? Why wouldn’t he just get up and leave? He was trying to assert dominance. He was confident and brazen because he knew he had a weapon and would use it regardless of whether his life or safety was threatened. He could’ve just fought, but he was a coward. He had time to leave, but he didn’t. He took time to consider the option and decided that if anyone tried to make him move, he was going to attack them with the knife. That’s premeditation. He also knew he could end up injuring or killing Austin if he did use his weapon, that didn’t stop him. And, what happens? Black people act like Karmelo was the victim of a racist judge and jury regardless of what the evidence and witnesses testimony proved. These are highly emotional and hypersensitive people, they are violent and often look for trouble. I don’t care what anyone says, we can not coexist with the majority of black people.

The blacks have known all alone that he was guilty of murder, even without the recent revelation that he started to fight in the first place. Nevertheless, they have been amassing like the crows in Alfred Hitchcock, the birds, knowing full well that he was guilty and that he was going to be convicted. And planning to do their inevitable thing. Which is riot, burn assault, and steal anything that can get their hands on in the name of racism. We all know who the racist are.

I don’t get the Court TV reporting. As I understand it this young man trespassed into a tent area and refused to leave. He started trouble AND CAME WITH AN OPEN KNIFE LOOKING FOR A FIGHT. I don’t see how anyone could disagree with the verdict of GUILTY. IT IS NOT AN ISSUE OF RACE. Where did the anger come from.

My understanding is that there were 4 people of color on the jury even if not black. Besides that, both the Prosecution and Defense have to pick the jury. No excuses for demonstrations and riots.

I hope the people protesting the verdict and sentencing are aware that several African American teammates of Metcalf, testified against Anthony. This was not about self defense, and the verdict was not about race.

These Karmelo Anthony supporters have no clue what lawful self-defense looks like. This is not lawful self-defense despite what they may think or believe. That statement “Touch me and see what happens” makes Karmelo a “Provoker with Intent”. A Provoker with Intent is someone who baits another person to be the initial aggressor in a confrontation so they have an excuse to use self-defense. If you are a Provoker with Intent you lose any claim to self-defense. You own that fight.
