If you’re going to celebrate Title IX, then honor the whole law, not just the parts that fit a talking point. Mississippi families deserve leaders who defend fairness every day, not just when it’s convenient for a Facebook post❓ Title IX was built to protect students from discrimination, all students. This is not going to protect women and girls. It is not going to protect female athletes. It will not make conditions for female athletes better. All this does is continue to make all women more unsafe. Please focus on any of the numerous legitimate issues we have facing our country and society and stop vilifying a whole community of people who are just trying to live their lives.
