Showing an ID is not the only problem. The SAVE Act eliminates most mail in voting, requires a person to go in person to a registration office to register to vote, update their name or address instead of being able to do it all online, it allows for voter roll purges without notification that you've been purged, it would require people to purchase expensive proof of citizenship like passports or certified copies of birth certicates which could be considered an unconstitutional poll tax, and it would force married women, Native Americans and adoptees to jump through more hoops than necessary to exercise their constitutional right to vote. So please stop saying it's just about voter ID...it's so much more than that. And for those of you who don't believe it, a simple internet search will show you the truth.

I don't have a problem with simple voter ID. The "Save America Act" is not just voter ID. It virtually eliminates mail-in voting. It has the federal government purge the states' voter rolls periodicly.. It makes it more difficult to vote. That's the definition of voter suppression. Call it whatever cynical name you like, but it's clearly VOTER SUPPRESSION!!! BTW the constitution gives pretty much everything related to elections and voting in the hands of the states.
