They are probably getting 12 months and a day and then after that they get deported with a 10 million restitution pay back. Like if they are deported they will pay it back 🙄 restitution means nothing if they are deported. Maybe check the daycares and peoples background that are submitting these fraudulent documents before disbursement of money and track where the money actually goes to afterwards.
