I don’t agree with the Cuban first secretary’s behavior, but it just so happened that Rubio recently encouraged Cuban citizens to work with the CIA. The article points out how bad Cuba is and what not, but it’s none of our business. The US has no right to meddle in Cuba’s affairs, just as any other foreign nation has the right to meddle in ours.
