@Gorgias483 @bonchieredstate I don’t think DOJ is DHS. I think you are pointing out cuts in one area and I am pointing far larger and more impactful impacts of Dems’ refusal to fund DHS - the Secret Service agents on duty last night haven’t been paid in months because Dems have blocked funding.
Because of the DHS shutdown, the Secret Service has had to suspend agent training. Last night a deranged gunman tried to shoot President Trump and White House officials at the Correspondents' Dinner. Enough is enough. Congress needs to fully fund DHS now.

Democrats have tried a dozen time to fund DHS with a carve-out not including ICE, which is already funded through 2029 through OBBB. The Republicans have said no every time.
