I remember our Physical Fitness instructor in Grade School in the late 70’s and he always implemented the Presidential Fitness Test as the goal for the end of the year. Was a huge physical motivator in Grade school and fostered an ambiance of activity and fitness, rather than the couch potato, junk eating with next to zero daily physical activity kids we see today….Today it’s cellphones, iPads and computer games. And thats exactly why we are seeing the drastic numbers of obesity in our youth. From a medical perspective, proud to hear President Trump is bringing ‘Standard’ back. Another tool to inspire the future generations. Go Trump !!!
