The Democrats gerrymandering? Are you serious? The Democrats had votes and the citizens decided to redistrict. You have a corrupt governor in FL literally defying his state's constitution to gerrymander, another one in LA who called for a state of emergency to gerrymander and the disgusting things going on in TN. We don't care, because us Dems will be out in record numbers and all the laws the GOP breaks and all the despicable racist redistricting they do we will win.

Who saw this coming. The problem historically with gerrymandering is that the dems drew districts based upon race, not political representation. And not just race mind you, one SPECIFIC race. It is so obviously unconstitutional that any court that is not dominated by activist would HAVE to undo it.
So only republicans can redraw districts maps and get away with it? None of the republican state put it to their voters, none. Cali and Virginia gave their voters a say. Smh. So all 4 conservative judges ruled in favor of the Republicans. Not surprised. They clearly working on the behalf of this administration and the Republican Party.
All gerrymandering needs to be undone. My proposal, have 1st and 2nd graders draw squares on each state’s map with equal numbers of eligible voters in each square. 1st and 2 nd graders have a higher sense of fairness and integrity not commonly found in adults.
Who saw this coming. The problem historically with gerrymandering is that the dems drew districts based upon race, not political representation. And not just race mind you, one SPECIFIC race. It is so obviously unconstitutional that any court that is not dominated by activist would HAVE to undo it.
I have said for years, if you have to make congressional districts so distorted that they appear to be some sort of horribly mangled construct that looks like a two-year-old's scribbles, then you are distorting votes, disenfranchising citizens, and being corrupt politicians!

I have said for years, if you have to make congressional districts so distorted that they appear to be some sort of horribly mangled construct that looks like a two-year-old's scribbles, then you are distorting votes, disenfranchising citizens, and being corrupt politicians!

NO politicians should be able to change any political districts! All maps should be set and adjusted by an independent panel and approved through a high level court.
